Gal Yitzhak
Position: Administrative Manager – Afula Branch (Firm Headquarters)
Gal Yitzhak manages the administrative operations at the Afula branch, which serves as the firm’s central headquarters. In her role, Gal is responsible for managing the firm’s schedule, client reception,
and providing full logistical and administrative support to the attorneys and clients.
As the person at the firm’s front line, Gal is often the “first face” the client meets. She is entrusted with the service experience – from the initial call through to the conclusion of the case –
and ensures that the day-to-day operation of the firm is efficient, orderly, and pleasant. Her dedicated work allows the legal team to focus purely on legal matters, knowing that the office back-end functions flawlessly.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Day-to-Day Office Management: Coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and synchronizing between attorneys, clients, and external parties (courts, authorities).
- Client Relations: Client reception, phone response, and providing personal and sensitive service to clients who are sometimes in complex life situations.
- Administrative Management: Handling collections, basic bookkeeping, procurement, and logistics.
- Internal Interfaces: Administrative support for the legal team and assistance in preparing materials for meetings and hearings.
My Professional Credo:
“I believe that excellent legal service begins with a smile and a listening ear. When a client comes to us, they are looking not only for a legal solution but also for a human touch. My role is to give them the feeling that they are in good, safe hands
from the very first moment, and to ensure that the firm runs like a well-oiled machine so that the attorneys can achieve the best possible outcome for them.”
