Adv. Rabab Msalha brings to the firm rich and diverse professional experience, combining many years of work in the public sector with comprehensive legal expertise. Throughout her years at the Israel Tax Authority and the Ministry of Economy, Rabab gained deep regulatory knowledge, including the management of complex investigation files, enforcement, and representation in court in civil and criminal proceedings.

In her role, Adv. Msalha accompanies the firm’s clients while applying a sharp and assertive legal strategy. She is known for excellent interpersonal skills, dedication, and a love of hard work and challenges, aiming to provide every client with uncompromising representation and the full realization of their legal rights.

• Master of Laws (LL.M) from Bar-Ilan University.
• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Netanya Academic College.
• Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in Mathematics and Communications from David Yellin College.
• Member of the Israel Bar Association.
• Certified in Investigations and Document Seizure courses by the Ministry of Economy.

Areas of Practice:

• Labor Law: Advising and representing employees and employers. In-depth familiarity with Israeli labor law gained from approximately five years as a labor inspector and investigator at the Ministry of Economy, including opening and managing investigation files against law-violating employers and submitting recommendations for sanctions.
• Tax Law: Extensive internal experience and knowledge of the tax system, following more than five years managing the tax-coordination and tax-refund division (Israel Tax Authority, Afula and Tel Aviv 5 assessing offices), alongside dedicated legal specialization in tax law.
• Torts: Managing tort files and providing legal guidance to the firm’s clients across a range of claims, with a determined fight for maximum compensation.
• Criminal Law & Litigation: Experience in representation and court appearances in various proceedings, with an emphasis on white-collar crime, financial investigations, and criminal law.
