General Disability
We help claimants whose general-disability applications were rejected or under-rated – preparing the medical file, appealing medical board decisions, and litigating in the Labor Court where necessary.
Work Injury
We represent injured workers in the recognition of the event as a work injury, medical-committee disability rating, lump-sum and monthly benefits, and work-capacity reviews. We also coordinate with parallel tort actions against the employer or third parties.
Long-Term Care and Survivors
We handle long-term-care benefit applications for the elderly, survivors’ pensions after a spouse’s death, and widow/widower rights – including appeals where the Institute refuses recognition.
Employer-Employee Relationship Disputes
We assist self-employed workers, sub-contractors, and “employees on a contractor basis” in establishing their true status vis-a-vis the Institute, especially after injury or retirement.
