Adv. Meryam Kanaan Msalha

Adv. Meryam Kanaan Msalha heads the firm’s Labor Law & Defamation Department. In her role, she leads the legal handling of sensitive matters concerning employee rights, collective and individual labor relations, and the protection of reputation.

In her work, Adv. Kanaan Msalha represents both employers and employees at critical junctions of the employment relationship – from onboarding and employment agreements, through hearings and termination proceedings, to representation in labor court litigation. She also specializes in managing defamation claims, a field that requires a combination of legal determination and heightened sensitivity toward protecting the client’s good name.

Education & Admission:

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Haifa.
• Member of the Israel Bar Association.

Areas of Practice:

• Labor Law: Representation of employers and employees, drafting of employment agreements, guidance through hearings and termination procedures, social rights, workplace sexual harassment, and discrimination.
• Defamation & Privacy Protection: Management of claims regarding harmful publications (on social media, in the press, and in the workplace) and the protection of reputation.
• Litigation: Ongoing representation in labor courts and civil courts in disputes concerning employment relations and defamation.
