Adv. & Notary Fuad Badah is one of the firm’s pillars and head of the Civil & Commercial Department. A highly experienced senior attorney, Fuad brings an impressive tenure of approximately 30 years in the legal field. The depth of experience he has accumulated over three decades allows him to provide the firm’s clients with a broad, measured, and strategic perspective on every business and legal matter.

As department head, Adv. Badah leads the firm’s commercial activity. He handles a wide range of matters: from guiding complex transactions and company formation, through drafting international contracts, to managing business disputes across various judicial instances. Fuad accompanies companies, entrepreneurs, and business owners at the critical junctions of their operations – including partnership agreements, supplier and client contracts, and international cases managed jointly with the firm’s branches in New York and Tbilisi.

Education & Admission

  • Master of Laws (LL.M) from Bar-Ilan University.
  • Certified Notary.
  • Member of the Israel Bar Association for approximately 30 years.
