About

Adv. Alaa Bakarneh is an experienced and highly regarded attorney at the firm, bringing with her an impressive and rich academic and professional background. Alaa is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Tel Aviv University, a leading academic institution where she acquired a broad legal education and was awarded distinction for a research paper in the field of civil law.

Alaa began her professional career as an intern at the Haifa District Attorney’s Office (Civil Division), where she gained unique experience representing the State in complex civil cases and working opposite large public bodies. Over the years she has served as an attorney at leading firms in the north and has accumulated extensive practical knowledge in litigation (courtroom appearances), intensive legal writing, and case management in tort, real estate, and administrative law.

Alongside her ongoing legal work, Alaa maintains a strong connection to the world of academia and research. She serves as a teaching assistant in legal courses at institutions of higher education and has published a research-practical article in the national journal “Orech HaDin” (The Attorney). This combination – academic analysis and research capabilities together with rich field experience as a litigator – allows her to provide the firm’s clients with thorough, creative, and first-rate legal representation.
