Adv. Bashar Qudsi heads the firm’s Torts & Insurance Department. Since his admission to the Bar in 2019, Adv. Qudsi has accumulated extensive practical experience managing complex tort cases and representing clients before courts and tribunals of various instances.

In his role, Adv. Qudsi accompanies clients who have suffered bodily or property harm, managing proceedings on their behalf against major institutional bodies (insurance companies, the National Insurance Institute, the Ministry of Health). His work focuses on building case strategy, gathering medical evidence, and conducting persistent negotiations to ensure clients receive the full extent of rights owed to them by law.

Education & Admission:

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the Academic Center of Law & Business, Ramat Gan.
• Member of the Israel Bar Association since 2019.

Areas of Practice:

• Personal Injury & Accidents: Representation in road accidents, workplace accidents, personal injury claims, and student accident cases.
• National Insurance: Filing claims and representation before medical committees (general disability, work disability, mobility, and special services).
• Insurance Claims: Enforcement of health, long-term care, and loss-of-work-capacity insurance policies.
• Medical Malpractice: Medical file review and management of claims arising from substandard medical treatment.
• Litigation: Ongoing court representation in tort and monetary claims.
