Where economic rehabilitation is the right path, we transition the client to an insolvency/rehabilitation proceeding.
Business Restructuring and Workouts
For businesses facing liquidity crises, we build restructuring plans, negotiate with banks and key creditors, and coordinate tax-authority arrangements. Our approach is to preserve the business as a going concern wherever feasible.
