An apartment sale transaction became severely and criminally entangled. An ex-husband and a lawyer together forged the wife’s signature. They sold the apartment without her knowledge and in violation of the law. The wife discovered the sale that had been carried out behind her back. Following the act, she filed a lawsuit for NIS 615,000. The lawsuit was directed against the ex-husband and against the lawyer involved.
